Orange Country! A council of Counts was
formed upon Galicia's secession from the Roman Empire. They
determine policy for Galicia but generally maintain their own
rule within their own counties. They have a great indifference to
the outside world and are only in The Amphictyony due to the
actions of a few zealous Counts who appreciate the benefits of
civilization.
Their people generally share this indifference towards most things involving work but in the pursuits of leisure they excell. Their minstrels are known as some of the best in the world and, when sober, seldom disapoint. They speak a strong dialect of Common and write after the Roman fashion. They worship the Gods of rome but give a different rendering of the hierarchy.
